Parenting Class: How To Talk To Your Kids About Sex

Parents may feel uncomfortable initiating “the sex talk,” but whether you want to or not, you need to teach your kids about sex and sexuality. However, we understand that opening the topic of sex can be awkward. You, as a parent, may not know how to approach the topic in an age-appropriate way, or you may be afraid of “planting information” in childrens’ minds.

But the goal is to support children in developing healthy intimate relationships. And in collaboration with @cintasetara, you will learn how to:

1. Communicate with your children of all ages about sex and sexual boundaries

2. Teach them about their own bodies, protect them from sexual abuse, and

3. Prepare them for puberty.
